My Juicer

I use a Breville 800JEXL - Juice Fountain Elite.  From what I understand, the bottom-of-the-line Breville Juice Fountain is just fine for juicing (and is what Joe Cross uses).  I chose this one because it was $75 cheaper than Amazon on Craigslist, and I didn't even have to look hard.

My Half Gallon Ball Jars

I absolutely love these jars.  They are so versatile for storing everything from juices to corn meal, without the worries of chemicals leeching into the food that you have with plastics and other storage containers.  Plus they are very attractive and make your shelves look neat.  Vertical storage is also more useful than squatty horizontal storage.  If you live near an Ace Hardware you can have them shipped to the store and pick them up for free.  Or you can order them from Amazon and other places on the webs.

My Protein Powder

Dr. Mercola is a physician that focuses on nutrition and natural healing.  I highly recommend signing up for his newsletter at www.mercola.com.  I prefer the banana flavor of his Miracle Whey Protein powder (scroll to the bottom if you want to skip the explanation, although I recommend reading it).

My Fitness Routine

Peak 8 is Dr. Mercola's recommended method of exercising.  It yields better benefits in 20 minutes than most exercise routines do in an hour.

The Dangers of Pasteurized Dairy

Pasteurized dairy is at the heart of many diseases in Western Society, not the least of which is osteoporosis, yes, you read that right.  More information can be found easily by Googling the topic or reading this article.  Find where you can acquire raw milk in your area at Realmilk.com.

My Awesome Pepper Mill

If you're seeing my pepper mill in my photos and wonder about it, it's the Unicorn Magnum Plus Pepper Mill. It's the last and best pepper mill you will ever own.  I got the recommendation from Alton Brown and it's on my list of the top 5 kitchen tools.  A few twists pumps out all the pepper you'll ever need.  It outperforms every other pepper mill I've ever seen.  They also have a smaller version for tableside if you prefer.
